The Research Of Management Innovation Achievements Of Small And Medium-sized Furniture Enterprises In Zhejiang Province

Furniture industry trends to be the monopolistic competition market. In this kind of market economic profits which is to be zero point for a long time,that is to say the company's long-term economic profits is to be zero. This study is to test with specific facts of Zhejiang province, and research the management innovation achievements of some small and medium-sized furniture enterprises in Zhejiang province, in order to improve the efficiency of limited resources in enterprise, so that the enterprise can get positive economic profits, even if it has no economic rents in the long term,and has the formation of sustainable development management. So that every enterprise can blooming in the fierce competition of furniture market.In this study, the methods of the author used include: literature research method,and it also uses Delphi and AHP to evaluate the management innovation achievements of small and medium-sized furniture companies in Zhejiang.Finally it obtained the following conclusions:The synthesis appraisal about management innovation achievements has found that: (1)The small and medium-sized furniture enterprises in Zhejiang has relatively low management innovation investment,this kind of insufficient investment mainly manifest in manpower resources of the enterprise.Staff educational backgroud of the small and medium-sized furniture enterprises in Zhejiang is generally low.The proportion of managers above undergraduate diploma in many furniture enterprise is very low,and many managers'ultimate graduated major is not management specialty.Employee training in enterprises is less,and human resources development is lack.(2)The management innovation conversions and effects are relatively higher.(3)The management innovation achievements is not very well.(4)The enterprise size has positive effects on the management innovation achievements.The two outstanding enterprises in investigation are large scale enterprises,the size of enterprise is an important factor effecting management innovation achievements.
