Small and medium-sized technology-based companies have a strong vitality and a huge potential growth rate,becoming an important part of the Chinese economy.The development and expansion of Small and medium-sized technology-based companies has special strategic significance for increasing economic aggregates,improving people's living standards and enhancing social stability.According to the statistical analysis of relevant institutions,the main economic indicators of Chinese Small and Medium Technology Based Firms between not less than 25% each year,and the highest rate of development of 60% has been increasing rapidly.W company was Established in 2010,mainly engaged in the high-tech enterprises that explore and utilize secondary resources.In recent years,the company upholds the concept of science and technology leading the development of the company.In the exploration and practice of integration of “production,learning,and research”,a collaborative innovation system has been established and a business model of “a research center +N industrial bases” has been formed.The sales revenue of W company's grew steadily,sales revenue RMB 62.66 million and the profit RMB 34.02 million In 2017.However,W company faced dilemmas such as ambiguous management concepts,lagging management methods,rigid organization and relatively inadequate management systems.This article based on W company's actual situation of management innovation,carefully analyzes the problems and causes,proposes targeted strategy,improves W company's management innovation capability,and promotes company to develop faster and better.The content of this research mainly includes the following four parts: The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the thesis,the definition of related concepts,the status of research at home and abroad,the content and methods of the thesis research,and the frame of research.The second part introduces theories,including Schumpeter's innovation theory,human management theory and motivation theory.The third part introduces W company's management innovation analysis,mainly including development,management innovation environment analysis of W company.The fourth part introduces how to improve the management innovation ability of W company.It is mainly from the following fiveaspects: building a high-quality talent team,raising the level of information management,optimizing the organization structure of management,establishing a scientific incentive mechanism and creating an innovative cultural atmosphere.
