Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Independent Innovation Research Based On Knowledge Management

Independent innovation has for a long time attracted the interest of the academical area since it’s been put forward by scholars. However as far as in china, the research scope is from the macro aspects, such as industrial or cluster innovation, this article attempts from the microscopic Angle, through the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises to study the influencing factors effect of the ability of the knowledge management in enterprises, and the analysis of knowledge management in independent innovation ability of its innovation effect.This study uses the literature review method, questionnaire investigation and empirical study method and other research methods. Through the in-depth analysis of the related theory research, this paper proposes hypothesis and structure of the empirical model, and then uses the SPSS statistical software to sample data obtained by questionnaire has carried on the empirical analysis, studies the factors affecting the effects of enterprise knowledge management systematically, and analyzed the knowledge management influence the effect of enterprise independent innovation through independent innovation mode.In this article, through the empirical analysis it concludes:1) enterprise information platform, construction of enterprise innovation culture, etc. is significant positive correlation between enterprise knowledge management, enterprise information technology platform, etc. can effectively predict the effect of enterprise knowledge management;2) the effect of enterprise knowledge management can influence the effect of small and medium-sized enterprise’s independent innovation through the integrated innovation and the introduction of absorbing re-innovation;3) higher self-directed innovation will or positive innovation strategy can significantly improve enterprise independent innovation effect...
