Our garments businesses are large-scale development of the brand management. The enterprises dominated the market through multi-brand strategy, should have good channel planning and management, then to make a strong brand building. Our garments businesses have a growing importance to channel management. One side, more enterprises realized that appropriate marketing channels become their survival and development of the core competitiveness. On the other side, for making excellent marketing channels, they need stronger strategic planning and a large number of technical, financial inputs.In the present, according to statistics, the clothing market is the 70% of the specified in the running state, and many thousands of such enterprises which had sales of sale with international brands one or two hundreds node sales. Visible, non-standard channel management companies will not only result in waste of marketing resources, will increase production in the market planning, implementation, promotion, monitoring, feedback and other aspects of blindness, resulting in the vicious circle of enterprise information flow, logistics, capital flow and so on, seriously affected the profit of enterprises and distributors. And this article discuss the one of the big domestic clothing manufacturing enterprises R&B, its sales channels is not optimistic about terminal. Therefore, analysis of its channel management problems and solutions proposed, is very meaningful.R&B appeared in the channel management problems and conflicts are: they do not think clearly about the choice to choose channels, and the three brands almost have the same sources, and types of every brand are not the appropriate market fully share. The department refused to improve the channels of communication and management system is not scientific, resulting in the area and channel the price is not competitive, terminal business management is not uniform, channels for enterprises, of reducing waiting.The text analyzed the R&B's problems, and domestic industry cases, to propose the relevant measures of channel management. First, clear lines of business strategies and channel structure, enterprises and establish a win-win situation for the cooperation of the concept and establish channels to the permit system. Second, the enterprise shall, in item design, development, production, outlets, to give full of confidence and the expected return, strengthening enterprise perfected internal control system and increase information sharing between the brands. Third, improve enterprise management functions for the system to the process management system, including the price, promotions and information management; Establish channels to the. terminal performance management system; Establish effective channels for enterprises and trade relations between the management mechanism.
