| More and more enterprises have already realized that employees are their most valuable wealth, so how to encourage employees to contribute their intelligence is the most important task for the enterprises. With the mechanism design theory widely applied in different areas, more and more people are familiar with it. This dissertation introduce the thoughts of the mechanism design theory, which is applied to the research of motivating staff in enterprise management so as to achieve enterprise and employee win-win situation.This dissertation discusses the Motivation theory base on the related theories home and abroad in view of the staff motivative system in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Firstly, it proposes the motivative factors that affect staff in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise through the staff motivative factors analysis. Secondly, it makes use of the general statistical analysis methods and data from questionnaire survey to verify, then presents the 11 major determinant factors affecting the effects of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, which are basic salary, incentive payment, welfare program, enterprise culture, interpersonal relationship of working condition, job innate properties, opportunity of employees involve in the enterprise decision-making, development prospects of the industry, employee training and learning opportunities, promotion opportunities. Thirdly, it analyzes the three employee motivation subsystems and integrates the staff motivative factors combine with the employee cooperative gaming subsystem to construct employee motivative model to evaluate employee motivative system comprehensively.The conclusions of this dissertation offer employee motivative tool to small and medium size manufacturing enterprises, as well as provide the theoretical guidance and reference for enterprises to make staff motivative schemes. |
