Abstract/Summary:
With the advent of the Internet era and the rapid development of the social economy,the competition between enterprises ultimately boils down to talent competition.Talent has become a crucial resource in the development of enterprises.How to develop and utilize people,a special resource with subjective initiative,and mobilize employees’ active initiative to promote enterprise development has become the core task of human resource management in enterprises.As the main body of China’s market economy,small and medium-sized enterprises have important development significance in increasing employment and promoting economic growth.However,some small and medium-sized enterprises lack employee satisfaction in terms of work environment,development funds,career development space,management systems,and other aspects,and cannot play a role in employee motivation.Therefore,they lack a certain degree of flexibility in human resource management,which also leads to some small and medium-sized enterprises being unable to retain people,The problem of low work enthusiasm among in-service employees greatly affects the overall development of the enterprise.Therefore,in order for small and medium-sized enterprises to develop and utilize people as a special resource,it is necessary to first study the actual needs of employees,establish a targeted incentive system,improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise and enhance its core competitiveness through a sound employee incentive system,and achieve two-way development between employees and the enterprise.This article takes HW small and medium-sized enterprises in Shantou as an example,and based on Herzberg’s dual factor theory,uses literature review method to organize and summarize relevant research and applications on employee motivation at home and abroad,laying a theoretical foundation for the research of this article.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the opinions and opinions of current employees of HW small and medium-sized enterprises on employee motivation,and to organize and analyze the problems and expectations of employees in the current employee motivation aspect of the enterprise.Finally,through the method of character interviews,a deeper understanding and validation of the typical employee representatives in typical positions were conducted,in order to propose effective suggestions that can improve employee motivation.The purpose of this study is to explore measures to improve employee motivation in HW small and medium-sized enterprises,in order to achieve better human resource management and common development with employees.It is also hoped to provide effective application research for the textile and clothing industry in employee motivation.
