Under New Enviroment Western Industrial Cluster Development Path Research In China

Industrial cluster is considered as an effective industrial organization form, its tremendous success promotes the development of regional economy and prosperity of global economy.China's Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim Economic Circle relying on the industrial cluster have developed many successful regional economic zones, which set successful models for the development of industrial clusters in some other regions. However, in the vast western region, the number of industrial clusters and levels of development have lagged far behind the eastern regions. Agglomeration can't give full play to its resources strength. Western industrial cluster's overall development is still at the lower stage, depending on extensive development.Referring to previous research results, this paper has comprehensive analysis of the current situation of western industrial cluster and existing problems. In the analysis of the development dynamics, we introduce system dynamic modeling theory and establish coupling dynamic mechanism including technological innovation subsystem, demand-pull subsystem, government action subsystem, enterprise competition subsystem. In each subsystem research establishes the elements contained in the linear and nonlinear quantitative relationship. Through the final system simulation and policy simulation, draw the conclusion of the development path conversion of the western cluster and policy leverage points.This paper introduces the system dynamics theory to my research, which study provides a new research tool to the path for the development of industrial clusters in Western. It has some theoretical significance. Conclusion of this study can be applied not only to the developed clusters as Chongqing cars & motorcycles cluster, but also the other western clusters which have begun take off. And this paper makes policy suggestions on sustainable development.
