After tourism industry development of Yangte River Delta and Pearl River Delta,Jing-Jin-Ji region has become the nation's third pole of tourism economy. The localgovernments of Jing-Jin-Ji region have already realized the importance of cooperation,and conferences were hold to discuss and negotiate the healthy co-opetition anddevelopment of regional tourism industry. However under right now situation thecooperation has not been carried out efficiently. Phenomenon of disorderlycompetition, disorderly administration, reconstruction and resources wasting are verycommon. It is necessary to further investigate the co-opetition of Jing-Jin-Ji region torealize healthy development of regional tourism industry, elevate regionalcomprehensive tourism competitiveness and the whole tourism industry's economicbenefit.Jing-Jin-Ji regional tourism industry was the object of this study. Lifecycleapproach, system theory, growth pole theory and symbiosis theory were used toanalyze the co-opetition condition, co-optetition situation and the restrictive factors ofco-opetition among Jing-Jin-Ji region. Tourism income (domestic and overseas),tourist number (domestic and overseas), travel agency number, star hotel number andA-class tourist scenic spot number were chosen as study criterion. By Logistic curveprediction model, the economic development trend of Jing-Jin-Ji regional tourism waspredicted. Based on the prediction, the tourism economy development data in "twelfthfive-year plan" was measured. The tourism industry strength, development potentialand forces of tourism enterprises of the three units of Jing-Jin-Ji region werequantitatively and comparatively analyzed. The development strategy of Jing-Jin-Jiregional tourism was obtained, forming the structure of "four circle" linkageintegration development, and the relative countermeasures were also put forward. Thetheoretical fundamentals of integration symbiosis for Jing-Jin-Ji regional "barrier free"tourism were established.
