More and more engineering cooperation for EPC are attaching much importance to strategy management who have realized the significant role that plays in the enterprise development with the gap narrowing in terms of enterprise management concept and management system between China and the world, especially urgently needed by rapid development of domestic EPC engineering management. It remains to be a problem left to be solved in how effective strategy should be employed to fulfill the commitments in rationally evaluating the enterprise strategy in the process of strategy management so that it can be strategically adjusted according to the actual situation to bring about a healthy and sound development.Based on the researching documents both home and abroad, it is mainly focused on the employment and structuring of strategy mode diagnosis on EPC management. First of all, it is mainly argued that EPC engineering cooperation should be equipped with the fundamental capability for strategic diagnosis and theory base in support of the rational development in terms of strategic management and development needs. Thus, the research on study background, awaited problem in bad need of solution and the concreted sense on researching for model structuring and employment for strategic diagnosis are provoked. Secondly, a series of methods and basic instruments probably employed in the strategy and the employed basic instruments are briefed and commented in line with EPC engineering features tailored to model and instrument study, which has clarified strategic diagnosis model in theory and structure. Meanwhile, in analysis of the previous outcome, the basic structuring is outlined for mode of strategy development in EPC engineering cooperation to put the strategic management theory into practice to bring the strategic management model into a mechanical integrity through combination of definability & quantity and internal and external only to fulfill the structure. Finally, some company is taken as a case, in which the mode that has been structured and outlined is applied on the company only to achieve and prove feasibility, applicability and scientificity. |
