In the background of oil market turbulence,major oil companies cut many jobs,SEI as an important member of the Sinopec,its employment system exist contradictions and problems,this company faced with tremendous pressure on total employment and labor reform,which restrict the company’s healthy development.How to solve these problems as soon as possible and reform a reasonable employment system has become a pressing research topic.Firstly,through the analysis of the domestic and foreign related research about the enterprise employment manner,we introduce the basic employment manner theory,which laid a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,we analyze the employment status of SEI,starting from the company’s current business and positions,we point out its employment mode is not clear,resulting in rigid form of labor,which is not conducive to the company’s management mode in line with the market;its job categories of identification is very fuzzy,post adjustment no quantitative assessment criteria,resulting in personnel allocation;a variety of employment system exist structural shortage of workers and redundant phenomenon coexist,remuneration and market integration problems.Next,testing the fitness of different business,different positions and the company’s employment,then we constructed a non parametric structure model of HSE business,job,employment by using ANP technology,through data collection and model calculation,concludes that the different forms of work and business,job adaptation coefficient,which to guide the company’s labor practices have an important role.Finally,On this basis,we proposal some employment manner reforms to the company,mainly includes the company’s core business and non core business contract and short-term contracts of employment manner reform,sending staff contract staff,adjust salary and welfare system and adjustment of enterprise human resources management system,which can provide certain reference for similar petroleum engineering enterprises to the employment manner. |
