From May 2011 TJ-FAW Automobile Co., Ltd. R&D Center begined the financial management system development project. Significance of the project is to fill the loopholes in corporate financial management, ways to achieve automation, modularity, improve efficiency and financial management capacity, and ultimately with the financial management processes and system integration. Pas-t two years, as the industry changes in the environment, business development and growth, new cars, new technology research and development projects large surge in business at this stage there is no unified system of centralized mana-gement of funds, but also because of the process for increased workload and was heavily restricted, the old accounting methods lead to loss of statistical ca-pacity projects, office work efficiency model of aging resulting in too low, the financial management faces enormous challenges. In order to strengthen the core competitiveness of construction companies to meet their long-term develo-pment needs, establish a modern, scientific and networking platform for the fi-nancial office has been very necessary.Domestic auto industry through in-depth study of the survival and develop-ment environment, analyze their characteristics, problems and competitive adva-ntage. In the full understanding of current theories, principles, laws and regula-tions, based on the improvement of financial management system requirements in the implementation layer, control layer, the management had visited the res-earch, after many discussions together, forming a specific program to improve.In order to achieve the overall requirement to reach corporate finance offi-ce automation, information technology goals, corporate office through the estab-lishment of the network system, processes, systems and work content to be cu-red, to achieve contract management, budget management, data analysis, author-ization management module features.In the process of commissioning the system, through comparative analysis, satisfaction surveys, questions feedback and other means, find financial manage-ment within the enterprise is not enough understanding of the profound, the f-unction of the system itself is still lacking, management system is still not co- mplete, this shows that the improvement in financial enterprises in the future, the cost of doing business should be to build awareness, build a comprehensi-ve budget system as the target for further efforts to promote the development of enterprises.
