Research On The Construction Of Iron-steel Enterprise Comprehensive Risk Management System

Risk management theory started in 1920's, America. At present, it has become a kind of new management pattern and method, and it has been in common used internationally .Along with the continuous change of the environment, the risks enterprises face are diversity and complicated. In the competitive environmental science, it is necessary and imperative to strengthen enterprises'comprehensive risk management. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) released the central enterprise Comprehensive Risk Management Guidelines in June, 2006. And Ministry of Finance released The Enterprise Internal Control Basic Standard in May, 2008. It carried out a detailed classification of comprehensive risk management.This thesis is composed of four parts. The introductory chapter includes the background and significance of research process and ideas in this paper. The second part discussed the theory of internal control and risk management. It described the meaning and development process of internal control and risk management. And it gives the relationship between internal control and risk management. This part also introduced the methods of risk identification and risk assessment. The third part analyzed the situation of comprehensive risk management l in Chinese enterprises, about their problems and ways for improvement. The last part carried out a thorough study of comprehensive risk management. system of T Iron and Steel Group Company (hereinafter referred to as T Company). Firstly, it proposed the enterprises follow the validity and general principles. Then it carried a design about organization and system of T Company. And it puts focus on the establishment of comprehensive risk management of T Company. It also gives an example to analyze the risk points of business process, risk response, and control measures. The author hopes this thesis could have some effects in accelerating the development of the construction of comprehensive risk management system in Chinese enterprises.
