The Feasibility Study Of Farmers' Self-Employed In Fengxian District

Today the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area have become important factors restricting the economic development between rural and urban integration. Huge population Peasant, low individual quality, weak employment ability severely affected the increase of peasants' income and employment. But entrepreneurship which allows the new farmers to start the development of production and business operation activities is making a beneficial change in farmers' income. This article analyzing the system of Fenxian District, its economic developing environment and factors of farmers, seeks for positive and negative factors of Fenxian rural entrepreneurship and discusses on feasibility of encouraging and guiding farmers staring own business. This paper thinks that, in order to promote entrepreneurship in fengxian must have clear ideas and supporting policies, must be integrated with various environmental conditions of fengxian domain and farmers in its own reality, try to create beneficial environment, and build a series of policies and measures to optimize pioneering environment system, purposeful take various measures to promote the development of farmers to start.
