Production Plan Management And Integration Research Of Electrical Equipment

Electrical equipment industry is one of the most important industry to support national economy. Electrical equipment enterprise is a kind of special enterprise with multiple variety and small batch even single production mode. The enterprise products have the characteristic of low-level currency, large quantity of designing tasks, small batch production, randomcity of the order form and the time pressing for consignment. It gives great market pressure on the enterprise in designing, manufacturing, and management. Typically, the enterprise faced the main problem are the low accessory arrival rate caused by unefficient production plan management and the unreliable treating of orders caused by unefficient feed back for production.With the increasing impetuosity of market competition and the heightening of customization, the custom management mode has faced a great challenges. So that, applying the production plan management based on standard labor time is in the electrical enterprise has great science and engineering application value.After analyzing research status of production management and enterprise integration, aiming at the production management problem caused by production characteristics of electrical equipment, a kind of production plan management scheme for electrical equipment enterprise based on standard labor time has been presented. And the management mode of the scheme, architecture, function and running mode of the solution are studied.Based on the research above, the feed back mode of production plan management is set up. At the meantime , the enterprise information integration scheme is studied to support the information efficient transportation.Further more, this paper also research some key technologies involved in the technical framework, such as the running mode of the management based on standard labor time, the building of the standard labor time data base, the feeding back and controlling of production plan management and the integration framework of electrical equipment.Finally, the study is applied to the projects of Networked Marketing Management Supporting System and Networked Distributing ASP Framework Building And Application , aiming at the actual status and requirement of Chongqing Huayang Corparation, a production plan management scheme of electrical equipment based on standard labor time has been established , also the application status of the scheme has been introduced .
