Research Of Communication Management System In Real Estate Development Project

Communications pass on the project information among leaders, participants and other related people and can get understanding of each other. It's of great significance to promote efficiency of real estate development project management. As the project is always organized temporarily, the project team is made up of people with various majors. Thus members in the team are usually lack of acquaintance of each other and have different understanding about the relations of tasks in the project. For the above reasons, there's often communication obstacle in the project management and it could affect implementation of the project management.Based on the characteristic of real estate development project management and current development of Communication Management theory, we analyze character and existing problems in the Communication Management of real estate development project. Besides, we have to make it clear about the constructing principle and procedure and analyze the communication character as well as communication request. After that we can stipulate the content and manner of communication and management strategy. Finally, we distinguish communication features of HuiXin International Building development and investigate the problems in the project to make counterpart Communication Management system. Also, we survey the implementation during the whole process and verify the efficiency of Communication Management.
