With the establishment of quality management system in China's tobacco industryand gradually improved, it's showing a good momentum of healthy and steadydevelopment of the tobacco industry. The "142" quality management system related to theTwelve-Five "implementation of strategic objectives in Hubei tobacco. The key to thesuccessful implementation of this system is the performance appraisal management andinnovation.This thesis is based on performance management of human resources managementtheory, using empirical research methods to research the HBXT tobacco companyperformance appraisal system. First of all, the paper analysis the applications ofperformance evaluation in enterprise performance management on the basis ofperformance evaluation theory. Through the analysis of HBXT tobacco companyperformance appraisal, the thesis analysis the status quo in performance evaluation of theHBXT tobacco company. Then, focus on the "142" quality management system, the paperanalysis the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of performance assessment inthe HBXT tobacco company. And next, the thesis built the HBXT tobacco companyperformance appraisal system, designed assessment index and its weight, and advance aprogram on how to implement it. Finally, from traditional performance appraisal model,strong implementation and key performance indicators, the thesis made somecountermeasures and suggestions about the implementation of the HBXT tobaccocompany the "142" quality management system.This thesis study on the performance appraisal system with HBXT tobacco companythe object of study, to translate the strategic objectives of HBXT tobacco company intoaction plans, increase the manage level of company's performance appraisal management,and in order to provide some reference in human resources management decision-making.
