Research On Customer Service System And Management In Securities Companies

In China securities industry experienced more than 20 years of tough development,and has become one of the important pillars in national economy. With the further development and maturity of securities market, the competition in securities industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Securities company clearly recognize that the level of customer service management has become an important factors of securities company development , and electronic information and systematization of customer service is the development direction of the securities industry.Combining with the actual demand of securities industry in China,and aiming at internal workings and business operation and decision support in securities companies, we study the business process of customer service in order to determine customer service system framework of the securities company,and thus to get the functional requirements and the system performance and data control requirements and technical requirements in the whole service system framework,etc. Using the basic principle of industrial engineering,we develop and design customer service management model and customer service system structure of the securities company,and plan and design preliminary framework of customer service system architecture of securities company,and further clarify customer service system mechanism. Customer service system of securities company provide scientific theoretical basis and safe and effective implementation method of solving the internal management and customer management and business management and decision support for securities companies. It can strengthen the comprehensive strength of the securities companies in China,and has positive effect on China taking an active part in the international financial market,especially the international securities market competition. It will have broad application prospects.
