The Applied Research On The Project Human Resource Management In PXDL Co.

With the rapid development of the information and network technology , the development speed of IT industry has more than the national industrial development level, the contribution of the national industrial growth already up to 15% , the IT industry has become the main pillar of our country's economy development and innovation. In the backdrop of economic globalization and domestic markets and foreign markets highly docking, the attribute, technical structure and service form of IT enterprise all have the greater adjustment, with high-speed development ,domestic IT enterprise has taken initial shape. Although domestic IT enterprise in management thought positively absorbs western enterprise advanced thought, combines with the actual situation in our country, innovates unceasingly the theoretical framework ,but because IT enterprise's characteristics and the development tendency constantly strengthen, the experience of management of project manpower resource has not fully satisfy IT enterprise's own development. IT enterprise is different from general traditional enterprise, IT belongs to knowledge-intensive enterprises, knowledge staff occupies more than 80% of enterprise, the traditional human resource management is no longer adapt to IT enterprise's project management and development needs. To retain talents and improve the project control ability, strengthen the management of project manpower resource is particularly important.In view of present circumstances of IT enterprise's management of project manpower resource and the practice work in the PXDL company, with management of project manpower resources theory as the starting point, according to our country's IT enterprise project status and the characteristics of human resource management, make a deep insight into management of project manpower resource in PXDL company ,and gives his own opinions of the pattern innovation of management of project manpower resource in the PXDL company, in order to promote and optimize employee selection, training, performance incentives, quality tracking and team construction.
