Research On The Influence Of FDI On The Technology Innovation Of Shenzhen

China is trying to change the economic type, transformation of economic development and achieving high quality economic growth mainly rely on the technological innovation. Foreign direct investment is as a set of technology, management, human capital and financial capital and other resources, which has a significant impact on the technological innovation of the host country. Shenzhen Special Economic Zone attracted a large number of foreign direct investments, and it is also one of the best cities which is famous for the high-tech industry. Thirty years later, Shenzhen is in the stage of development from the "Shenzhen speed" to "Shenzhen Quality", so the paper research on the influence of FDI on the technology innovation of Shenzhen and how to use foreign investment to improve the technological innovation of Shenzhen, which has practical significance.The paper is based on the domestic and international research and summarized the influencing mechanism and influence factors from the theory of FDI. The technology transfer and technology spillovers are the two main ways influence to the technological innovation of host country, and analysis the main factors in this path, which is the theoretical foundation for the following empirical study of Shenzhen. In the empirical study, this paper tries to avoid the limitations of previous studies on this issue, The paper separated the inputs and outputs of technological innovation, the paper also separated the FDI into Hong Kong, Macao Taiwan and other foreign direct investment, we research on the different relationship between technological innovation of Shenzhen. Based on the research model, we choose the representative composite indicator variable approach, make the data more representative, and through access to the Yearbook collection of nearly 15 years of data. The paper used the statistical analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis of the data, we found that: Hong Kong, Macao Taiwan-funded enterprises were negative on technology innovation of Shenzhen, and other FDIs in Shenzhen was a positive impact on the technological innovation; foreign direct investment is influencing the innovation output by the technological innovation input; the competitive pressures and technological gap are positive effects on technological innovation. Finally, according to the results of empirical research, the paper made the relevant policy recommendations to the government.
