Influencing Factors Of Technology Transfer Activities And Promotion Mechanism Between East And West

From the new century, China has developed the west for ten years., many scholars are paying attention to technology transfer activities.because it is efficient.to wesern economy. Technology transfer not only improves the economic of the West and promote the Western technological progress, but also to enhance the region's competitiveness. However, in view of this cross-regional level, the research in the level of assimilation in the process of technology transfer is still seldom.as well as the the promotion mechanisms of inter-regional technology transfer. The relationship between these two closely linked, this paper discusses these three issues after selection.First of all, in the background of inter-region,discussing about technology transfer activities between east and west in china, through the literature review of relevant theory and analysis.we devide the question into two goals what we decide to complete.one is the number of technology transfer,the other is the level of assimilation in the process of technology transfer.the previous goal has been completed by regression analysis to identify possible influencing factors,and we found a hypothetical model which has been examined.Secondly, through the establishment of the level of technology assimilation model, and improve the level of technology assimilation and then carry out the mathematical derivation, forming a new level of technology assimilation model. And the use of empirical data.Secondly,base on the status quo east and west, we designed, the promotion mechanism from three aspects, the flow of talent promotion mechanism, inter-regional communication and a mechanism for coupling.we establish a long-term mechanisms of flow of talent and inter-regional communication of information mechanism. These come from the model of number of technology transfer. The mechanism for coupling come from the model of the level of technology assimilation.Finally, the article gave six corresponding policies recommendations as follows: Respectively, the promotion of regional cross-flow of talent between universities and research institutes,to improve service, improve service capabilities,the plan to choice the suitable technology for the situation in various regions.the Government co-optimization of inter-regional R & D cooperation policy environment, to strengthen intellectual property protection, to promoti the legislation of technological transfer of;to strengthen the eastern city of high-tech zones.
