The Developing Countermeasures' Analysis Of Eastern Zhejiang Ecnomic Corporation Region

China's economy has gained rapid and constant development sincethe Opening and Reform policy. Corporation between different regionshave deepened continuously, especially the appearance of MunicipalitiesCycle has broadened the cities' collaboration between each other. But atthe same time, there still exists serious developing imbalance among theMunicipalities Cycle, which needs to be resolved urgently. Thedevelopment of several large Municipalities' Cycles abroad has proventhe importance of the Municipalities' Cycle in promoting the regionaleconomic and social development. Combined development of differentcities has become an effective way to deal with the imbalance andunhealthy development during the process of regional development.However, because our country started the research and practice ofMunicipalities Cycle later, the Municipalities Cycle are not only behindthe world's large Municipalities Cycle, but also encounter manydifficulties and problems. In particular, Municipalities' Cycle in ourcountry are of different scale and compete with each other severely under the current globalization. Jiaxing in Zhejiang Province where the authorof this thesis is in is one of the five member cities of Eastern ZhejiangEconomic Corporation Region. Jiaxing has made certain achievementsduring the process of Municipalities' Cycle development and encounteredseveral problems needed to be addressed urgently, which are existedcommonly in the entire Eastern Zhejiang Economic Corporation Region.Thus, the author would like to analyze the major issues existed during theMunicipalities' Cycle development based on the research of the economicdevelopment in Eastern Zhejiang Economic Corporation Region in recentyears, so as to raise some suggestions and measures to promote thecorporation and accelerate the development of the Municipalities' Cycleand in hopes that other Municipalities Cycle abroad at the samedeveloping level can be inspired from this thesis in certain way.By theoretical and written materials research, compared analysis andexample analysis based on the current Municipalities' Cycle theory, thisthesis analyzes the present situation and problems existed in the EasternZhejiang Economic Corporation Region and raise related developingconcept and measures. The author collects Municipalities Cycle theory athome and abroad first, and then, explains the definition of MunicipalitiesCycle theory and stages of economic growth, so as to lay theoreticalfoundation for the following analysis. After that, the author introducesseveral developing stages and current situation Eastern Zhejiang has gone through, while pays more attention on the problems existed during thedevelopment. Furthermore, this thesis cites some experienced practiceand creating moves targeted at the major problems of MunicipalitiesCycle, for the purpose of finding effective resolutions for the EasternZhejiang Economic Corporation Region. Finally, this thesis proposescountermeasures and suggestions in three aspects: planning promotionand mechanism creation, industrial adjustment and resources integration.
