The Study On Supply Chain Agility Evaluation

The competitive advantage of enterprises mainly reflects in quality, cost, time andservices, and the increasingly fierce market competition, makes the competition betweenthe enterprises gradually evolve into the competition between the supply chains. Therefore,the supply chain competitive advantage can also reflect in quality, cost, time and servicesindexes, and time competitive advantage mainly reflects in the supply chain agility.Improving the supply chain agility, and quickly responding to changes of the marketdemand and customer demand, has become an inevitable trend of the modern supply chainmanagement. The main purpose of this study is that, through the analysis on the key factorof supply chain agile, constructing the supply chain agile comprehensive evaluation indexsystem and the comprehensive evaluation model, then providing some theoreticalguidance to the modern supply chain management.Firstly, through the analysis of the characteristics of the current market competition,and the review of research status related with the supply chain agility evaluation fromdomestic and abroad, we reveal the theory value and practical significance of makingsupply chain agility evaluation research; other, we introduce the related basic theory, toprovide theoretical basis for the further research of the below.Secondly, it discusses the necessity of improving supply chain agility in this paper,based on the summarized in the characteristics of supply chain agile, analyze the keyfactors of influence in supply chain agility, these provide certain basis for the constructionof the indicator system of below.Thirdly, by using the combinative method of the quantitative and qualitative analysis,we build the supply chain agility evaluation index system from four aspects of the speed,flexibility, cooperation ability and the quality of service, and explain each index. In thispaper, we determine the weights of the index using the combining method of the analytichierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method; calculate the membership whichnamely the fuzzy judgment matrix using survey form, then make the comprehensiveevaluation with fuzzy evaluation method.Finally, this paper makes empirical research on the H company clothing supply chain agility, based on the analysis of relevant situation in the company supply chain, evaluatethe supply chain agility, and according to the evaluation results, to find its bottleneckfactors, and put forward the corresponding improvements, all of this verify that theevaluation system and evaluation model is scientific and operability.
