With the globalization of the international engineering contracting market,the project is becoming longer, more complex, and larger. In this context, the general contractor has been developed. However, since the implementation of general contracting business, the project management effectiveness is difficult to satisfactory. In order to solve management problems of the general contracting engineering, the construction industry began to introduce supply chain management ideas, theories and methods. As distinguishing feature of construction industry, the construction project supply chain risks are unique. The stringent requirement for agility makes it more vulnerable. The risks will be very costly.This thesis starts from the correct understanding of the general contracting supply chain and its risk characteristics. At first, the general contracting engineering, engineering supply chain are defined, a general contracting engineering supply chain management model is established, and on the basis of relevant theory of general supply chain risk and its management, combining with characteristics of general contracting engineering supply chain, the general contracting engineering supply chain risk is identified and analyzed. Then, the principles of making general contracting engineering supply chain risk assessment index system are determined. As most indicators are qualitative and difficult to quantify, also there are many ambiguity problems of the indicators'information, the general contracting engineering supply chain risk assessment model based on Vague Set is established, the ambiguity and uncertainty of the evaluation process are addressed effectively. Finally, from the perspective of system management and comprehensive risk management, the comprehensive risk management framework for general contracting engineering supply chain is built, at the same time its corresponding support conditions are analyzed in order to achieve effectiveness, integrity and value of risk management, and to improve the risk management. |
