Research On The Risk Management And Control Of The Network Export Integration Project Of A Large Enterprise

With the rapid development of the massive popularity of the Internet and enterprise information,information integration applications has been a strong push,the importance of the construction of integrated information systems become more and more prominent.On the other hand,the Internet filled with a lot of hidden powers of destruction,the information system construction of integrated risk increasing,threatening the construction of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to careful risk analysis and evaluation of information system of construction project life cycle,and take appropriate measures to deal with,and security information system construction projects completed successfully.At first,the paper introduces the basic concepts of risk management of information system,commonly used methods of theory,the integration of enterprise risk management ERM Framework,information and related technology control objectives COBIT.Then based on the life cycle perspective presents and analyzes the integrated risk management model of information system.It provides a reference model for information system integration project risk assessment and management.Then,the risk management of a large enterprise unified Internet export integration project is studied in detail.The five parts of the life cycle : System planning,system analysis,system design,system implementation and system safety management are studied.Analyzing the factors that influence the risk management,delineating the scope of risk management,establishing the management target system,identifing the project risk,and analyzing the possibility of the risk.According to the results of the risk assessment,determine the risk response strategy of the enterprise,and develop detailed control measures to reduce the risk.
