Supply Chain is based on the key enterprise, and it connects the suppliers, the manufactures, the distributors, the retailers and the consumers in the end to form a whole mode of functional chain construction through the information flow, logistics, and cash flow.After the globalization of manufacturing industry, Supply Chain Management (SCM) was established in the trend of enterprises grouping and internationalization. SCM has been accepted extensively recently because of the faster reaction, lower production cost and short lead time. And it's becoming one of the most important management models.As one of the important issue in the SCM, Purchasing Management (PM) is a bridge which connects the raw materials,semi-finished products suppliers and the final products manufacture in the field of exchange of production and cooperation, and it promotes the relationship of the materials supply and the production requirement. PM based on the SCM is an important approach of making resource decision and improving key competition, and it's also the important segment to gain"the third profit resource". The effective implementation of the suppliying model will be helpful for companies to establish the good relationship with suppliers, reduce the cost and inventory, response to the the requirement from the customer, and increase the accuracy of forecasting and the efficiency of the whole supplier chain.After the study of the PM theory and analysis on the actual status of Loesche (Shanghai) purchasing management, this thesis points out the problems in purchasing organization, purchasing process, material purchasing management and suppliers management of Loesche (Shanghai). Then it makes optimization research on Loesche (Shanghai) purchasing management by combing PM theory and practice of Loesche (Shanghai) purchasing management.
