Research Of Applying Lean-Agile Theory In Lock Development Project Management

Chasing profit is a forever subject for enterprises. Despite of looking for new business development opportunities, enterprises need to work hard on decreasing cost of production and procurement. So lean-agile idea should be applied in new product development project to achieve better control of cost, quality and delivery in mass production.This article is based on the Lean-Agile theory; suggest setting up a reasonable system of project development procedure, information exchange platform, purchasing price and supplier selection. Conduct material sorted management; setting up cost model to apply lean and agile purchasing for different types of material. In the same time set up reasonable supplier strategy; encourage suppliers working together to achieve project goal; apply lean-agile concept in product design; information exchange and process control.Finally, the article demonstrates this research is usable and workable to optimize product design; decrease purchasing cost; optimize project purchasing process and achieve win-win with suppliers by analyzing company AA's SSM lock project purchasing.
