On this basis, this paper establish a traditional model of warehousing and distribution network and to minimize the costs as the objective function, the costs include the fixed costs, inventory costs and transportation costs.?And then based on the traditional model, this paper combine to the operating characteristics of the power companies and consider the constraints of distribution distance, the opportunity cost of inventory and safety stock,?Taking into account the central warehouse could distribute directly to the user, establish a optimization model of consisting with central warehouse and general warehouse, which are more suitable the power industry, the model's objective function is also the lowest cost, Finally, an example is used to analysis and compare to the traditional model and the Optimization model, the corresponding numerical results show that using the optimization model to reconstruct the warehousing and distribution network, the operating costs will reduce significantly, while the corresponding response of demand the level of inventory management will improve significantly... |
