Industry Performance Evaluation System Research In Industry Ecology Perspective

With crossing and fusion between Industrial Economic and other Science, the research tools and perspective of industry economy are more and more. Especially, theories combination of Ecology and Industrial Economics can give reasonable and forcefully methods that deal with the challenges of dynamic, complex environment to modern industry such as"Industrial Ecology". China's economic is increased rapidly,the key factors that keep this situation is the industry can continued success to meet the new challenges and opportunities.Deep in"Industry Ecology"perspective that can help consider the relation between"industry structure","industry associations"and"industry policy"in a"living,dynamic ecosystem"; can help to analyze the develop regulation and influence factors of industry ecosystem; can make up the lake of previous theory for researching how the technology and business interaction between enterprises or industries and network structure characteristics affect the growth of enterprises and industries. Meanwhile, theses can benefit for contribute to the industry policy,adjustment of industry structure,leadership of health industry development.This paper summarizes the theories that combination of industry economic and ecology in and out of abroad. Clarifying misunderstand and confusion of"industry ecology". According this idea, the paper reference the evaluation system of nature ecosystem, design a set of industry ecology performance evaluation system.The paper has four parts: first part is interprets the basic the theories of industry ecology, the usual regulation of industry ecology system development and influences. This section aims to establish bases for further research. Second part is start from the analysis of ecosystem assessment. Reference other research results, an assessment of industry ecology system is established. Third part aims to assess ecological of two typical industry systems both in qualitative and quantitative. And last, paper summarizes the ecological factors of industry performance for exploring the adjustment and optimization channel of China's industrial structure.
