The Application Research On R&D Project Management For C Company's New Product

With the rapid development of science & technology and the fierce marketing competition, new product development & research become the enterprise's core motive force gradually. Since current the domestic & foreign marketing for electronic communication products is more and more fierce, customer requests the fast delivery, low cost & high quality. This is the high requirement for new project management. Subject to multiple restrictions, new product project management is, considering the actual situations, to take a series of measurements to optimize new project management.Based on the theory of project management, starting from the basic concept of project management, taking electric communication products in C company as a example, this paper analyzes current issues in the project management of C company, and then puts forward a series of measurements to improve the project management: to reduce files numbers, simplify approval system & enhance the flexibility of the system to optimize development process; to improve the organizational structure, use position statement & incentive measurements to strengthen project human resources management; to establish effective communication mechanism, use unified communication document template and correct attitudes & skills to improve communication; to use critical chain methods and weekly matrix to ensure schedule management; to use full cost management & personnel training for cost management; to do excellent risk management with risk identification, risk analysis & risk control, to meet the requirements of new product project management. The above procedure and measurements for new product project management are expected to give experience and references for similar companies.
