Research On Project Finance Applied To Tourism Resources Development

Tourism of China has been brought into the flourishing period, and the tourism resources have been set a higher standard on the quantity and quality. However, tourism resources development of China has always been faced with fund shortage and unsure sustainable development, a new finance mode was asked into this period to solve the above problems and ensure tourism resources'sustainable development. And at the same time, project finance has solved the problems like above in its application domain, on such basis, research on Project Finance applied to tourism resources development was put forward, the urgency of tourism resources development applied with Project Finance was analyzed, and then, feasibility of Project Finance applied to yourism resources development was demonstrated by using empirical analysis and functions model emulation. According to sustainable development ideal, the environmental of Project Finance applied to tourism resources development was analyzed, and project finance mode has been designed based on project finance and tourism development theory, so the function of Project Finance could be realized with conforming to external demand and internal demand. And on this basis, Tibet Ali wetland project was chosen as an input variable, then it was simulated into the project finance system, the meaning of Project Finance applied to tourism resources development was demonstrated by the system simulation of Tibet Ali wetland project.
