The Research Of Financing Mode And Efficiency About Large-scale Tourism Project

The scale and amount of tourism investment in our country greatly improved in the period of The 11th Five-Year Plan. So the tourism in China already enter into the fast development and transition period, tourist consumption demand grows at full speed. However, the shortage of capital is one of the main factors of tourism development in China. Based on the financing characteristics of large tourism project, according to the characteristics of large-scale tourism projects, this paper puts forward the DCT financing mode and establishes the optimal financing efficiency evaluation model.This article mainly researches the following several aspects:(1) This paper analyze existing main pattern of project financing by way of qualitative and quantitative analysis which based on financing efficiency. It points out that the construction and development of large tourism projects in China is more suitable for using project financing mode, but a few of the main project financing mode is the most suitable for large-scale tourism projects.(2) The financing efficiency evaluation model and the financing efficiency evaluation index system are established, and the paper use financing mode applicability, financing costs, financing, financing risk and financing structure of speed as the financing efficiency evaluation indexes to assess the financing efficiency.(3) The paper puts forward the DCT financing mode based on the mechanism of government sharing risk, and analyses its financing characteristics and principles, risk-sharing mechanism of financing, financing structure. Then the paper assesses the financing efficiency of DCT financing mode using evaluation model. So we can obtain a result that the financing efficiency of DCT financing mode is higher, and finally put forward some runtime suggestion about DCT project financing mode.(4) The paper uses the project of the ruins of Daming palace to analyze DCT financing mode, and validated in practice the feasibility of the DCT financing mode.Through the foregoing study, this paper argues that the developer should own a view of the system of project development. The construction period should be shortened in large-scale tourism project development process. The whole process should make its participants to get their benefits and realize the social benefit and economic benefit maximization.
