Research On Investment And Financing Mode Of Harbin Farming Town Ecological Tourism Construction Project

The new agricultural town is the key position of Harbin city tourism to build, butlong-term since the new agricultural town tourist attractions is the shortage of funds limited,tourism resources are not well developed, the advantages of tourism resources has not beenfully used, its tourism development lags behind other attractions. Therefore, to find a solutionto funding problems restrict the new agricultural town area, find the methods and measures ofinvestment and financing in accordance with the actual situation of scenic spot is a pressingmatter of the moment to development and construction of new rural town tourist attractions.This paper takes Harbin farming town tourism project as the research object, theresearch question to choose financing mode of the project and evaluation, to explore thefinancing problems of project. First of all, combed the related concept and the theory ofinvestment and financing, as the starting point of the whole dissertation. After a briefintroduction of the construction of ecological tourism project farming town, based on thedemand of financing, financing present situation analysis, pointed out the insufficiency. Then,introduces the tourism project investment and financing of the basic model and innovationmodel, combined with the project of ecological tourism in new rural town put forward threekinds of financing alternative mode, namely the government led, market-oriented and hybriddriven three. Previous research has established the evaluation index system of financing mode,this evaluation index system mainly includes the following six aspects, namely the financingcost, risk, procedures, results, capital occupation period and the influence, and thencombining with AHP weight of each index is computed in detail, and using the fuzzysynthetic evaluation method, three different types of project results, hybrid driven is currentlythe most suitable ecological tourism project financing mode of new rural town. From theauthor of perfecting the government service function, promote the reform, project operationof enterprises to improve the investment environment and broaden the capital marketfinancing channels and other aspects of the project investment and financing abilityimprovement measures, to guarantee the funds for the project to further the development.This paper has guiding significance for the improvement of farming town tourismindustry financing model, while it is also useful for other industry financing.
