Lean Logistics as Lean Thinking for the application in logistics management, can effectively improve internal logistics management, which is also inventory management actually.This article elaborates the significance of research on lean logistics, then discusses the connotation from a theoretical perspective put forward the implementing lean logistics can adopt steps and strategy; Then the author use DNH company as example who implemented internal lean logistics, analyze the inventory type to figure out the problem existed in the stock, use ABC methodology to do further analysis, then focus on A and B class as the research target, finally using PFEP and KANBAN system to implement lean logistics management in A and B class inventory and verify by result, so as to prove the manufacturing enterprise for now concerned, lean logistics system is the most suitable system to implement and improve logistics management in the company. Finally the author put forward the implementing lean logistics proposal to China manufacturing enterprise. |
