The human resource of a company can be considered the first important asset as competitions between businesses are ultimately between their human resources. Transition of an enterprise understands in human resource from resource management to assets management is a pre-request for a company's healthy growth and sustainable long-term market advantage.This paper presents a study on Shengzhen JW Investment Management Co. Ltd (Hereafter referred as JW).An introduction to the background and human resource status is followed by analysis and research on the human resource management of JW from the concepts of human assets management using methods such as SWOT, strategy determination methods, etc. Based on JW's business environment and external circumstances , opportunities and challenges, and disadvantages and advantages, JW's core value of human resource management is identified with concepts of human assets management to build up a set of guidance to human resource management strategy and particularly of human asset development. In practice, considering JW's industry and business development plan, a comprehensive human resource development plan is made to guide all relevant company activities: position plan and recruiting, talent training and development, performance review, staff compensation plan and incentive, and promotion rules design.As a part of human resource development, a company culture development plan is made to help define the image and morality value of the company and to build staff loyalty to the company, thus consequently keep JW's advantages in industrial competitions.This research is also an experimental solution for non-state owned companies to effectively resolve human resource management challenges and keep healthy growth in environments of high-uncertainties.
