In china railway has made tremendous contributions to sustained and rapid development of the national economy as an important means of transport. Development of the railway cold-chain logistics will play the dominant position in the transport network, alleviate the pressure of refrigerated cargo ,order to better meet the needs of the people. However, the railway have many problems in the hardware and software, leading to the refrigerated market share fell of railway cold-chain logistics. Based on this background, Study on railway refrigerated transport, improvement of transport conditions, not only can improve the railway transport capacity, alleviate the pressure of refrigerated cargo, enhance their competitiveness, But also can improve our transportation service system. And for improving the status of the railway itself has important and far-reaching significance.In this thesis, the author on the basis of Refrigerated cold chain logistics and rail cold chain logistics research, select Jiangxi railway cold-chain logistics as the research object, describes the development of Jiangxi Railway cold-chain logistics situation. The author use SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in development process, then using AHP analysis of the previous conclusions of SWOT, we know that we should take the development strategy of the development of type. Quantitative analysis to do next, we can forecast the future freight transport refrigeration of Nanchang Railway Bureau by using the gray prediction model ,from this we can point out the future development trends.Finally, according to the previous qualitative and quantitative analysis, we can made a number of specific development strategies on how to develop the railway cold- chain logistics, to improve their competitiveness in the fierce competition in the market, combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi province. The author hopes the analysis and strategy for the development of railway cold- chain logistics can play reference for relevant units.
