Based On The Stakeholder Perspective Of The Minaral Resorces Of Entprise Perforamnce Evaluation

With the deteriorating global environment and the continued strengthening ofenvironmental awareness, environmental problems have become more high-profile,environmental protection of mineral resource-based enterprises to become the subject ofpermanent change. Mineral resource-based enterprises have many practical problems, such aseffective use of resources and environmental protection, Mineral resource-based industries,including non-ferrous metals industry, steel industry, petroleum industry, coal industry,enterprises that is mostly dependent on resource extraction. Thus, the mineral resources of thesocial and economic enterprises are to be improved, through the performance evaluation ofnowadays enterprises theories and methods of analysis. In this paper, the mineralresource-based enterprises will be taken as an example to research the stakeholder perspectiveof the mineral resource-based enterprises in the performance evaluation system.First, with the review of the history of the performance evaluation development based onstakeholders, having an abstract of literature, this paper describes the theoretical backgroundand practical background to provide a theoretical basis and support points for the study;Second, the paper explains the definition and characteristics of mineral resources by theanalysis of performance evaluation in mineral resources enterprise stakeholders. Third, bycombining the theory with practice and taking the example of the performance evaluationdata of 24 mineral resources enterprises from 2007 to 2009,design models and proceed thefurther research for some outstanding problem such as performance evaluation, target weight,dimensionless treatment. Finally,the paper describes the practical influence of establishingthe performance evaluation system based on stakeholders and constructs model and basicperformance evaluation index system of stakeholders and analyzes the results and proposes tobe a mineral resource-based enterprise which stakeholders should be taken more concern,which is to provide a point of reference for the import methods and technologies ofstakeholder model in Chinese enterprises.
