Applied Research On Jointly Managed Inventory In Kaslyju Company

In order to guarantee the enterprise to operate smoothly and enhance the competitive advantage in the intense competition environment, many enterprises diligently are being coordinated in some processes such as purchase, production, physical distribution, retailing, supply, inventory policy and so on. Supply chain management is one of the basic functions of business activities, inventory management is an important part of supply chain management, the level of inventory restricts the supply chain's performance. Effective control of inventory management has became important issues that must be considered.Kaslyju company is a manufacturer which produce health care products and cosmetics. The company's inventory management has been the traditional inventory management model, the current inventory management has many problems, such as large size of inventory , irrational stock structure,long time of inventory turnover period and so on, which seriously affected the company's development. For this situation, this article try to solve the inventory management problems in JU company from the perspective of the supply chain. First This article introduces the status of inventory management studies at home and abroad , reviews the relevant theoretical literature, combs the status of the company's inventory, analyzes the problems and the reasons of inventory management in JU, and trys to solve the inventory problem by using Jointly Managed Inventory management pattern (JMI). This article has builted the company's inventory management model, JY-JMI inventory management. After discussing the prerequisite and the feasibility analysis of the joint inventory management, this article developed a set of specific measures that matched with the actual position in the JU company: formulated the coordination control method of JY-JMI,established the distribution of benefits and the incentive mechanism,with the cooperation of third party physical distribution cooperation, established supply chain coordinated management mechanism, implemented JMI's information strategy. These are concrete strategy of JY- JMI. While the main flow of the corresponding strategy was designed to optimize the procurement management, inventory management, information systems integration and so on.JMI management is very advanced management model of the inventory management of the supply chain management. In the overseas research and the practical application is very mature, and there are many success case. Many domestic scholars and enterprises are researching and using this model. Kaslyju company's inventory management is difficult to adapt to the current development of the enterprise. this article try to solve the problem of Kaslyju company's inventory management through the application of JMI. Not only did this provide one solution for the Kaslyju enterprise's long-time development, but also this have the significance to fast moving consumer goods companies' inventory management.
