Along with the market competition intensifying, the customers'consumption level enhance day by day, providing the customized products or the services promptly according to the customer's own request will be the key point that wins customers. Under the environment of mass customization and competition based on the time in present, more and more enterprises adopt the manufacturing pattern facing component commonality assembly. Under this kind of manufacturing pattern, the two-echelon inventory system composed of commonality and the products is extremely complex, if using some good stock strategy, the enterprise's total cost can be reduced and the competitive advantage can be hold.This article mainly researches two-echelon inventory system's optimized problems which composed of commonality component and the finished product under the manufacturing pattern of production assembly, obtains the cost models with the different stock strategy, and analyzes the different cost constitution proportion change in the inventory cost structure through the examples, then gets the better stock strategy considering the actual production situation. The article first analyzes the cost structure of the two-echelon inventory, Base on that foundation, the mathematical models of the inventory cost are established. Consequently, it obtains the different stock strategy's computed results through examples. After analyzing the examples'data, we obtain some management enlightenments. This article studies the inventory problems of the commonality component and the product under the manufacturing pattern of production assembly. When researching the inventory models, we make the lacking cost divided into the one-level-lack-cost and the two-levels-lack-cost according to the lacking reasons, this will be an expansion to the lacking cost in inventory theory. When studying the two-echelon inventory system, separately uses two traditional stock strategies, and then find some ways to reduce the enterprises'the total cost better according to the two-echelon inventory under the different stock strategies. This optimizes the two-echelon inventory problems under the assembly production manufacture pattern further in the certain degree.
