The Design For Oil Production Plant No.7's Cost Management Model Based On ERP

The current competition among enterprises gradually transformed into the competition between cost management, how to achieve the cost-effectiveness and good cost management has become the key to the enterprise development and competitiveness improvement. However, effective cost management is closely related to cost information in a timely manner, which in the 21st century information age is more prominent. Traditional cost management has been difficult to meet the information needs; changes of internal environment and external environment put forward new demands of enterprise cost management. ERP as a product of information age and the development of computer technology is widely used in enterprise management, the introduction of ERP system within the enterprise to meet the information needs of cost management t has become the trend of the development, and oil production plant NO.7 is no exception. After the introduction of ERP system enterprise needs to build cost management model based on ERP under the actual situation, in order to play full role of ERP, ultimately of improving cost management of enterprise, and enhancing their market competitiveness.First, in the course of the study paper explains the research background, purpose and meaning, and then further detailed studies and analysis of the situation at home and abroad on management model based on ERP, defines the content and methods of the article; Then the article dose a detailed exposition and analysis on the basic theory of ERP and cost management model, supplying theoretical basis for the construction of oil production plant NO.7's cost management model; After that the paper describes the status of oil production plant NO.7's cost management and proposes the necessity and feasibility of certain for introducing ERP and building cost management model based on ERP; Next, the paper defines the cost management model based on ERP of oil production plant NO.7, based on this we start building management model based on ERP for oil production plant NO.7; Finally, we design implementation steps for the cost management based on ERP of oil production plant NO.7, and put forward several suggestions for the implementation process.The seven plant oil-based ERP cost management model we build is the standard cost management based on operation, in the specific design process, we build from cost forecast, cost decision-making, cost accounting, cost control, cost analysis and cost assessment, and keep cost accounting and cost control as center in the building. During the build we fully consider the supply chain thinking of ERP, the calculation of cost difference of the standard cost management and operations thinking of operating cost management, fully integrate the advantages of the three.The cost management model based on ERP of oil production plant NO.7 building in this paper provides a new direction for the later study, and some studies also contribute to the overall understanding of ERP for the people.
