Improvement Research Of Yantai FY Machinery Group Standard Cost Management Under ERP Environment

Financial management, which cost management is its core, has always been an importantpart of business management. Business condition and management results of enterprisesdepend on cost directly. As a super country in manufacture industry, machinery manufacturingis both as a basic industry and as key industries to economic development. As marketeconomy has been developing at top speed, great changes occurred in not only domestic andforeign markets, but business management and marketing environment of manufacturingindusty in China, which cause intensifying competition among enterprises. In order to enhancethe core competences, enterprises have to get the maximum economic benefits possible at thelowest cost possible, bringing the largest profit space possible.This thesis takes the standard cost management adhibition which used in Yantai FYMachinery Manufacturing Group as examples, analyzing its strengths and weakness. Andcombined with the knowledge and internship work experience, author has also providedimprovement program basing on current status of cost management in this enterprise, in orderto enhance the core competences with improving the production cost control ultimately.First of all, through the literature review for ERP theory, the modern cost control theoryat home and abroad, the discussion about cost management under ERP is given out. Secondly,from a theoretical point of view, the analyses of ERP, standard cost management and ERPapplied to standard cost management lays a theoretical foundation for the research. Thirdly,this thesis points out the current situation of cost management and existing problems includingopinion on cost management, cost accounting method, inventory management, purchasingmanagement and so on in Yantai FY Group objectively, which lay foundation forimprovement research. Fourthly, there are four main ways that the relatively comprehensiveimprovement program is proposed combined with the case of Yantai FY MachineryManufacturing Group: cost management concepts, cost accounting method, purchasing costmanagement, storage link cost management. Modern cost management theory at home andabroad, ERP informatization management theory are used for theoretical support in this study.
