Services outsourcing industry is a more and more significant role in the pillar industry of the national economy, the world's industrial structure adjustment also create more opportunities for China's software outsourcing industry. At present, with the policy support of state and local government, the service outsourcing industry of every province and city has been rapidly develop. Wuhan is one of China's first batch cities involved in outsourcing. In recent years, Wuhan has been large development in software service outsourcing. But compared with other cities such as Jiangsu Province, there is still a large gap in the size and competitiveness of enterprises. The key to the competitiveness of enterprises is to enhance their technological innovation. So it is a certain theoretical and practical significance in stimulating the region economic development, with accelerating the development of software service outsourcing in Wuhan City, rapidly improving the technical innovation capability of software service outsourcing enterprises, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Technological innovation as the key element to corporate survival and development, is the embodiment of enterprises core competitiveness. In this regard, many scholars have carried out on enterprises technological innovation capability from different angles. And the research mainly focused on the concept of technological innovation, evaluation system, methods and so on. But the company could find a way to enhance the ability of technology innovation, only in the full understanding of the status of their technological innovation capability. Now the research in software service outsourcing is focused on national, regional industries such as the Status, mode and Countermeasures, rarely on software service outsourcing enterprises, but only between the human resources management and quality management. Therefore, as the research object to software service outsourcing companies, it is great practical significance to discuss the influencing factors of software service outsourcing enterprises technological innovation capability, analyze software service outsourcing enterprises in technological innovation status quo, explore a feasible path to help enterprises to improve their technological innovation capability, and enhance the core business competitiveness.This paper, based on related research in technology innovation and outsourcing services, combined with features of the software service outsourcing enterprises to build a software service outsourcing enterprises technological innovation ability evaluation index system. As the research object to software service outsourcing companies in Wuhan, this paper obtains the relevant data and information about technological innovation capability through questionnaire, and analyzes technological innovation status, use SPSS statistical analysis software to carry out empirical research on technological innovation of software service outsourcing enterprises in Wuhan and discuss the various impact factors. The paper gets a set of conclusions, and gives the recommendations to enhance the technology innovation ability of software service outsourcing enterprises in Wuhan. |
