Research Of Popularizing Service Mode Of Agriculture Of The Institutions Of Higher Learning Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps

With the structural adjustment of economic industry in China, agricultural economy has gotten into a new historical course, which put forward the new requirement to the popularizing service system of agricultural science and technology. During the past periods, the popularizing system of agriculture of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has greatly promoted the development of agricultural science and technology of the corps, which plays a stimulative role in the development of agricultural economy of the corps. However, the traditional popularizing service system of agricultural science and technology has gradually exposed some questions in the market-oriented economy system, because the restructuring of economic systems is deep continuously in China, which has restricted the popularization of the corps' agriculture in new achievements and the new science and technology. Therefore, studying the actuality of the popularizing of agriculture of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and following the workers and staff members'needs to construct the popularizing service mode of agriculture of the institution of higher learning of the corps that, which have the important significance both in theory and reality in accelerating the corps'agriculture to change into the modernizing agriculture.The article takes the theoretical research as the premise, takes the domestic and foreign theory of the popularizing of agriculture as the instruction, profits from the service mode of agricultural popularization of other institutions of higher learning, and considers that we should start with establishing the service mode of agricultural popularization of the institutions of higher learning for reforming and perfecting the popularizing system of the government-oriented agriculture of the corps. When we analyzed the popularizing actuality of the corps' agriculture, we adopted the questionnaire method, and selected the workers and staff members of No.1 Agricultural Division as the subjects, got the investigation data, and analyzed their requirements of popularizing service of agriculture, and their selections of popularization method.On the basis of these, taking Tarim University for example, the paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of popularizing service of agriculture of the corps, disentangles the features and the existed problems of agricultural popularization, analyses the advantages of the practice of agricultural popularization of the institutions of higher learning of the corps, and its exploration and practice in the popularizing of science and technology, and taking the institutions of higher learning of corps as the main body and following the workers and staff members' needs to constructs the popularizing mode of agriculture, which provides reference and guidance for the construction of popularizing service mode of agricultural science and technology of the institutions of higher learning of corps.
