The Study On The Modes Of Popularization Of Science In Innovative Cities

Nowadays, due to the drastic international competition, science and technology has become the determining factor to enhance national competitiveness. Independent innovation has played a key role in a country’s development. Innovative country was put forward in2006, which derived into the construction of innovative cities. Popularization of Science in Innovative Cities is helpful for the development of the cities.This paper gives an introduction of the current work modes of popular science in Chinese innovative cities. Based on the study on innovative cities and modes of popular science at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and analyzes the factors which influence the existing modes of popular science of innovative cities. The paper thinks that there are six modes of popular science in domestic innovative cities:the government dominated mode of popular science, school dominated mode of popular science, enterprise leading mode of science, the mass media dominated mode of popular science, community dominated mode of popular science, other organizations and individuals dominated mode of popular science. Different modes have different influencing factors. Through the method of AHP to analyze the importance of factors to each mode, collect and sort these factors, this paper builds the "Comprehensive Improvement Type" mode of popular science.According to the theoretical analysis of the connotation of innovative cities, the connotation of popular science and related theories, this paper provides the theoretical basis of science mode research. Questionnaires method, on-the-spot investigation method and expert interview method are combined to analyze the existing mode of popular science and the influence factors. Nanning is the example in empirical analysis. The paper points out the background, development strategy and the current situation and shortage in the innovative construction of Nanning. From the view of "Comprehensive Improvement Type" mode of popular science, the paper analyzes the situation in Green Area of Nanning, and puts forward the implementation of the innovative mode of popular science.
