IT companies develop rapidly in today. The corporate culture of IT business has been more concerned. However, as a foreign culture, the corporate culture needs to undergo a localization process. Ideological and political education has been a tradition in China's enterprises, formed its own methodology and theoretical system. It has the advantages of policies, methods and people.Absolutely it build a development platform for corporate culture. So, give full play to the role of ideological and political education in order to promote the IT corporate culture construction. It could accelerate the pace of economic development, better for the socialist economic construction.This paper, has the basic theory of ideological and political education as a guide. It is by reference to various types of documents, questionnaires and other methods of investigation. On the base of China's corporate culture construction, the paper proposed the problems in development, find out the reason, and appropriate measures to resolve the current corporate culture construction in the development of IT.This paper is a description of ideological and political education and corporate culture. while analyzing the links of corporate culture and the ideological and political education, it shows have some similarities between the two.Second, this paper studied the current situation of ideological and political education work and corporate culture, and pointed out their own problems. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire, it discuss on how to use the methods of the ideological and political education.Again, for the problems, the paper use the basic principles of ideological and political education, respectively, from the principle of equality and democracy, "three combinations" principle, the principle of emotion, the principle of incentive-based, the principle of unity of knowledge and action, the principles of individualized instruction to describe.Finally, this paper described in how to use the methods and basic ways of ideological and political education to deals with corporate culture's problems, while rich the content of ideological and political education.
