Based On ANP Green Supply Chain Performance Evaluation

The raising of the environmental awareness around the earth and the bringing up of Low Carbon Economy, which made Green Supply Chain Management, as a new model of Corporate Strategic Management,are attracting increasingly attention from government, enterprise and academia. In view of that,it is the basic way for the modern enterprise ,which want to achieve, to put"The Green Idea"into the whole management of supply system , and set up"The Green Supply Management"in order to minimize the resource consume and the environment influence. By the research of"The Green Supply", the performance evaluate is very important. The useful Performance evaluate can help the enterprise find the questions,seek the solutions,and accelerate the operation and improvement of"The Green Supply", so it is the key to Promote"The Green Supply"that conducting the available Performance evaluate.On the base of the analysis of the background and significance about the green supply chain, firstly , the thesis has reviewed the correlative research about the green supply chain performance evaluation , giving thinking and the overall framework of this paper studies ; secondly , discusses the concept of green supply chain and content related theory; then analyses the similarities and differences between the green supply chain performance evaluation and the traditional supply chain performance evaluation, and established the new view of green supply chain performance evaluation index system based on the enterprise value theory. This system can be divided into five respects on the whole: the profit ability, the growth ability, the ability to resist risk, the sustainable development and the environmental protection. Last the thesis analyses the advantages and disadvantages of current appraise methods, application of network ANP (analytic network process) to conduct the performance evaluation, and use Super Decisions (SD) software to the weights of the auxiliary calculation , which based on the tri- angle function.
