Design And Implementation Of A Centralized Platform For Corporate Capital Management

With the international enterprises'pouring into China, more and more domestic enterprises have recognized the importance of efficient management, control and use of capitals. Because of the pressure of competence and other reasons, there still exist the problems like narrow coverage of bank account.This essay, based on the research and development of Baosteel funds management system, compares with each kind of the product,concerning funds control and combines practical experience with national conditions to improve the funds management of domestic enterprises. It will give lots of instruction and inspiration through theory and practice. The writer applies his own working experience in Baosight to analyze the tendency and disadvantage in funds management of each kind of enterprises according to the possible existent problems. After analyzing the advantages of domestic enterprises, he found a management of capital control which has basic function and work as a flexible system that can satisfy the clients of different levels. The writer introduces his design concept and function module of the Centralized Management of Group Funds Platform in two lines. One is longitudinal, including demand investigation, mid-term design development and later period SharePoint. The other is horizontal, covers software, hardware and network. The Platform has been successfully tested by Baosteel Group Co., Ltd and Baosteel Group Finance Co., Ltd according to the hardware and network plan mentioned in this essay. Since the year of 2010, on the basis of data feedback, there is considerate return in fund management. In the process of practical application, the differentiation and layering service provided by the Platform can meet the needs of different customers. Moreover, it can serve the supplier of the third-party software, this function may balance the benefit-based relationship of each financial institution; bring to multi-win and easy promotion.
