It also analyzes the actual case of project management method applying in the information construction in Baoye gas station.This paper has 2 innovations points as listed below:1. It closely integrates the information theory and project management theory. And according to the specific characteristics of the gas station industry, it also analyses many elements of petrol station information construction, and presents the process models of project management for information construction in the gas station.2. It uses the WBS (work breakdown structure table), critical path method (CPM), construction progress Gantt charts and other tools, on the petrol station information construction project management to assess and evaluate the project implementation considerations.
