Based On The Reachability Of Jiangsu Province, The Industrial Concentration And Spatial Structure Adjustment

As a novel way of industrial development and mode of regional economic development, industrial cluster shows great vitality and impetus in enhancing regional competitiveness and promoting regional economic development. Regional accessibility is a comprehensive indicator to evaluate the regional transport network. The changes of accessibility play an important driving role in regional development and spatial structure.This paper reviews the research process of industrial cluster and accessibility at home and abroad and attempts to analyze the effects of industrial cluster changes in special structure and regional economic development from the perspective of accessibility with the purpose of deepening theoretical study on regional spatial structure and regional economic development. The paper consists of the introduction and the text. The introduction part mainly discusses the theory, background, and significance of the research and then briefly describes the structure of the paper. The text takes county unit of Jiangsu Province as the research subject. Firstly it is to analyze the regional economy level of every county unit and the spatial distribution pattern of industrial structure using qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation methods. Then it analyzes the comprehensive accessibility and evolution of transportation in Jiangsu province using GIS spatial analysis method. The analysis combines the accessibility and regional economy level with industry and spatial structure. The paper further explores the relation and gets some rewarding conclusion which can promote sound development of county accessibility and industry.In this paper, the research subjects are the 65 county units of Jiangsu Province. The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1) The main factor of widening regional gap in Jiangsu province is the cluster of high-value share of secondary industry and non-agricultural industries since the reform. It manifests that the structure effect and concentration effect come into force together.(2) During the study, there is not significant change in the accessibility spatial distribution. The accessibility level of regional centre is higher than periphery region, the county in the north-west edge is obviously weaker than the southeast county about the accessibility; The layout accessibility in the centre of Shanghai presented irregular fan-shaped scattered pattern from the southeast to the northwest of jiangsu province.out the the county; The comprehensive accessibility level have higher degree raising, and higher rates of the county are concentrated in North-Jiangsu. (3) In 1978, there is a strong correlation between and economic growth in Jiangsu Province. In 1995, the transport infrastructure has shown a stronger spatial cluster features compared with economic growth in Jiangsu province, but economic growth in South Jiangsu is significantly faster than other parts of Jiangsu; In recent years, the overall trend of economic concentration of Jiangsu Province has dropped, but the regional disparities between transport facilities and transportation level have increased, even the strong become stronger phenomenon appears.(4) The suggestions for spatial restructuring of Jiangsu Province:The industrial agglomeration and transfer that industry is the leading role.
