Employees turnover has become increasingly an question that affect enterprises development. Frequent turnover of employees not only increase the management costs, but also bring the loss of intangible assets.If enterprises want to win in the competition, employee turnover is the key issue should be resolved.In the turnover model research, more people use the attitude variables to predict turnover intention,such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job selection. After job embeddedness model proposed, a large number of scholars selected different industries to verify the job embeddedness model. However, less scholars analyse the interactions between job embeddedness and attitude variables. In this study, we choose construction enterprises as the background, selecting a representative state-owned enterprise as study, through investigating deeply and understanding of their human resource situation, identifying their human resource management problem. On the the basis of reading literature, we propose a new model of turnover intention.We use statistical software to analyze the questionnaire data, which use SPSS15.0 to analysis of the description, reliability analysis and adjustment effect analysis of variance test, also use AMOS7.0 to establish SEM and study validity testing, model checking and the mediating effect analysis. Through the model we know that:in-the -job embeddedness and turnover intention is significant negative correlation;off-the -job embeddedness and turnover intention are negative correlation, but not significantly;job satisfaction and turnover intention was significantly negatively correlated; job embedded and job satisfaction is significant degree of correlation. While in-depth research, the establishment of in-the-job embeddedness three dimensions, off-the-job embeddedness three dimensions and five dimensions of job satisfaction and turnover intention of the structural equation model.Through the mediating effect result show that job satisfaction has the mediating effect between in the job embeddedness and turnover intention.Through the adjusting effect analysis we know that off-the-job embeddedness has the adjusting effect between satisfaction and turnover intention.One innovation of this paper is to combine job embeddedness model and job satisfaction model analysising deeply the interaction between the them, then found job satisfaction partially mediated effect and the mediating effect of off-the-job embeddeness. The second innovation is the selection of the construction areas that study lessly,on the basis of empirical results, proposing some feasible suggestions.
