A Probe Into The Movement Of Natural Persons And It's Economic Impact On India

GATS contains four different services supply mode. As to the developing country because their capital and technology is relatively small, the movement of natural persons is one of the best way for their services export. Temporary labor movement to overseas can solve domestic labor surplus problems, bring huge foreign exchange income, increase the country's economic strength. In addition, when this part of labor force returning home, their advanced technology and knowledge studying abroad can be further boosting its domestic production level enhancement. Therefore, the study of the movement of natural peisons, discusses the influence of national economy has a significant meaning.The research object is India, because as a developing country it is not only the second most populous country in the world, but also has been restraints beneficiaries and facilitator of the movement of the natural persons. with the typical character of India's movement of natural persons, through the research we can summarize available information for the developing countries reference to its valuable experience.It's experience is especially good for China because of exist population pressure and employment problem there. This paper can be divided into three sections. Firstly, this paper give a basic analysis on the movement of natural persons. Introduces the four service trade provide mode, and analyses the different characteristics of natural persons flow to the other three provide modes and restraints the relevant economic theory, Then this paper has made a concrete analysis on India' movement of natural persons. This part not only analyses the situation of India's development on natural person and the causes of it, then it explains India's natural flow encountered obstacles and their solutions, more important it is emphatically analyzes the restraints on Indian influence; In the end of this article, through theoretical and empirical studies of India, there is some great implication for the future development of China's services trade. As we know, there is two angles of view on services trade study, generally the present research mainly concentrates in the department angle research, as to the way on the services supply mode the research is relativeli few, specially for the movement of natural persons the study is even few. 2. This article established the attraction model analysis to obtain that the Indian's movement of natural persons has the forward promoter action on the bilateral trade development.3. In the end,there is policy recommendations for China's service trade.Before, we develop the services trade mostly on the traditional superiority department, like traveling and transportation department. Through the experiences of India, we may also benefits from the professions ralated to the movement of natural persons, such as Chinese medicine using the natural person, Chinese language education development.
